Laura and Ben present talks at Schoenborn

The Schoenborn Graduate Research Symposium in NC State’s Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department is an annual symposium where senior and mid-level students present their research to the department¬†as either oral talks or posters. Both Laura and Ben gave presentations on their research in the Biotechnology section titled “Boiling Bugs Break Biomass: How extreme thermophiles use lignocellulose” and “Carbon Dioxide Capture into Chemicals with Extreme Thermophiles: Can heat loving microbes help keep the earth cool?”, respectively.
