Spring 2021 Commencement Information for Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering

The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and NC State University will host commencement ceremonies for chemical engineering students on Thursday, May 13th and Friday, May 14th, respectively.

The Chemical Engineering ceremony will be a virtual event with live streaming beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET (https://go.ncsu.edu/cbespringcommencement2021) with a pre-ceremony slide show of graduates’ photos. The formal ceremony will begin at 7 p.m.

The ceremony will include an alumni speaker, Ms. Stacey Orlandi; an undergraduate student speaker, Ms. Samantha Gall; and an alumni award recipient, Dr. Kaihang Shi. If you are not able to view the ceremony in real time, you can use the same link to view the recorded ceremony, which should be available at the same link shortly after the live ceremony ends.

NC State will host two in-person commencement ceremonies at Carter-Finley Stadium. Students from the College of Engineering will participate in the ceremony to be held on Friday, May 14th, beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET. The University ceremonies will be live streamed. The live streams will be recorded and made available for later viewing.

All attendees to the University ceremony, including participating graduates and all guests, will be required to have a ticket for entry to Carter-Finley Stadium. Registration for those tickets is now closed.
